WHAT IS RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATION

The profession of resident service coordination has grown substantially since its initiation in the late 1980’s. Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) have proven to be an invaluable component of the housing management team, whose role is multi-faceted and ever changing.
