CARSCH - Connecticut Association of Resident Service Coordinators in Housing
was initially established as CAMEO in 1992.

CARSCH's Mission: The mission of the Connecticut Association of Resident Service Coordinators in Housing (CARSCH) is to provide opportunities for networking, continuing education and resource development and, at the same time, promote and professionalize the position of Resident Service Coordinator in housing for the elderly, persons with disabilities, and families respectively.

CARSCH meets the third Wednesdayof each month, 1:00pm - 3::30pm.We meet at two different sights to accommodate the rather long distances some RSCs have to travel. We alternate monthly meetings between Middletown and Wethersfield.

Each meeting has three components:

  • business meeting
  • speakers with Q & A time
  • case studies

1 CEU is available for all those attending meetings with scheduled speakers.

New Hampshire Association of Professional Service Coordinators – NHAPSC

We are a professional organization, dedicated and committed to the development and promotion of Service Coordination within our state and local communities united to address the needs of people of all ages.

NHAPSC was established in 1997 and has elected officers and standing committee chairpersons to manage the association and has established bylaws for the organization.

General membership meetings occur quarterly, with an annual meeting held in September, with our fiscal year beginning on January 1. Our meetings are composed of a business session, an educational session, and an opportunity for networking. Dues for our organization are $25.00 annually for individuals and $50.00 for up to 3 members from the same company.

Rhode Island Service Coordinator Collaborative (RISCC)

The purpose of RISCC is to:

  • Promote the professional development of the RSC position.
  • Develop seminars, conferences and informational meetings to address the issues and needs of the population serviced.
  • Provide the on-site RSC network with a vehicle to affect the implementation of programs that will address those issues.
  • Maintain the Resident Services Coordinator Certification Training Program.

Vermont Resident Service Coordinators

Vermont Resident Service Coordinators is a professional group dedicated to providing educational and peer support to individuals and organizations offering resident service coordination services in housing across Vermont. The organization provides educational training and peer supervision activities for our members through quarterly meetings, bi-monthly newsletters, and electronic communications.
