Presented by Jill Chance, Client Support Engineer, Pangea Foundation
Jill serves as Client Support Engineer for the Pangea Foundation, the developers of the AASC Online and FamilyMetrics cloud case management platforms. In this role, Jill oversees the delivery of custom features and reporting solutions for Pangea’s custom clients, as well as for the HUD Standards for Success program. With over fifteen years of software administration and online database management, Jill provides a welcoming touch for anyone who is seasoned or brand new to case management documentation. She holds a BA in business management from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and lives there with her husband and extended family.
This is a 1-hour training session that will be hosted on Friday, March 18, 2022.

HUD Reporting for Standards for Success can feel overwhelming and we want to help! This course will review HUD's Standards for Success Report that is required for all Multi-Family Service Coordinator Programs (Grant and Budget Based) as well as ROSS grants. This course will give an overview of all existing data elements as well as new ones HUD plans to add. It will explain how to answer each question regardless of which case management system or reporting system a property uses for the new report.

Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU. We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs.
