Session Description

The TLS Leadership Forum™ is designed to support managers/supervisors in exploring the essence of who they are as a leader (‘how they are being’). Participants then take this insight and explore 'what they are doing' as a leader in terms of building relationships and communicating with others effectively. In the forum we discuss a broad overview of leadership qualities and skills, while taking a deeper look at some of the key aspects of successful leadership. Participants are guided by certified coach trainers, and supported by peer learners, in a highly interactive learning environment.

This  is for you if …

• You find yourself supervising staff who were previously your peers and are struggling with setting boundaries or adjusting to being their ‘boss’
• You dislike (or try to avoid) difficult conversations and would like to learn how to approach constructive discussions about performance or other areas of potential conflict
• You are relatively new to managing staff and would like to establish effective working relationships and connection with your staff
• You sometimes doubt your approach or abilities and want to increase your sense of confidence as a manager
