Lynn Lippitt has been the Director, Housing Services at New Hampshire Housing since 1988. She has developed and implemented a number of housing services programs for residents of multi-family housing and clients of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. Currently, Lynn oversees the statewide HUD Homeownership Counseling Grant Program and service coordination for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. She represents New Hampshire Housing on the State Commission on Aging and the State Health Assessment and State Health Improvement Plan Advisory Council. Lynn holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Maine, Orono. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and an MBA Certificate in Human Resources from Franklin Pierce University. Lynn is active in the New Hampshire Association of Professional Service Coordinators and is a past president of NERSC.
