This is a 3-hour training session that will be hosted on Friday, July 22, 2022.
Session Times: 9:30am-12:30pm EST
This training will provide participants with a domestic violence 101, discuss special considerations for victims in housing, and briefly describe the services offered through CT's domestic violence coalition. Attendees will be learn the methods of control; become familiar with statewide resources for intimate partner violence; and understand basic tenant rights for victims of domestic violence.
Level: Beginner Track: All Tracks Format: Lecture, Interactive, Q&A, Group Work HUD Category: Communication Strategies in Working with Older Adults (Required Ongoing Training Area) and Crisis Prevention and Intervention (Additional Recommended Training Area)
$35 fee, $5 off for members, 3 CEUs
Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU. We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds: All webinars require payment via credit card at the time of registration. You will receive a confirmation and receipt. If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $35 refund. The $5 cancellation fee is to cover event and credit card processing fees.
