Renewing our Sense of Purpose and Setting Intentions for the New Year

Presented by Wendy Krom, Founder/Director of Community Consulting Services

Are you ready for a renewed sense of purpose and a clearer view of what's next? During this workshop, we will use creative visualization, mindful journaling, and other creative processes such as mind-mapping to design a clear vision for the new year. Participants will develop clarity around what they'd like to achieve and create a clear plan for moving forward.  Start 2022 strong with this guided personal retreat experience.

Wendy Krom has worked in the community development field since 1990 with nonprofit organizations, neighborhood groups, schools, youth groups, community coalitions and government.  Her experience includes urban and rural community organizing.  She holds a Master's Degree in Community Leadership Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is an authorized meditation instructor.  She strongly believes in the power of people working together to improve their communities, and aims to bring mindfulness strategies to our work and lives.

All Levels, Interactive All Tracks - Older Adults, Persons with Disabilities, Family, Youth, Professional Development and Supervisory/Management.

3 Learning objectives: * Develop clarity around what you’d like to achieve. * Create a clear plan for moving forward. * Experience the use of new tactics and techniques that may include visualization, journaling, meditation, and other creative processes.

$35 fee, $5 off for members,1.5 CEUs

Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU.  MA-NASW CEUs are available.  ​This program has been approved for 1.5 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure, in accordance with 258 CMR. NASW-MA Chapter CE Approving Program, Authorization Number D90825.

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds:  All webinars require payment via credit card at the time of registration.  You will receive a confirmation and receipt.  If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $30 refund.  The $5 cancellation fee is to cover event and credit card processing fees.      NERSC Webinars supported by CHFA, VHFA, Maine Housing, MassHousing, RIHousing and New Hampshire Housing.
