Are you interested in becoming a 28th Annual NERSC Conference presenter?

The 28th Annual NERSC Conference call for presentations form is now open. This event welcomes affordable housing professionals from across the country who serve older adult, persons with disabilities, and family and youth populations in urban, rural, and suburban communities. Our focus is to offer workshops that fulfill one or more of the HUD training areas listed below.

 

This is a great speaking opportunity for experienced RSCs, Property Managers, and Social Workers to share their knowledge and expertise with their peers. All workshop proposals are due October 15, 2025.

Are you interested in becoming a future NERSC webinar presenter?

​

NERSC is expanding our pool or qualified, knowledgeable, and talented trainers. We are looking for professionals to support our year-round educational offerings, and would love to hear from those who have expertise in areas such as fair housing, reasonable accommodations, behavioral health, aging, technology, and affordable housing.

​

NERSC will consider utilizing speakers for specific events as a need arises. Inclusion on this list does not guarantee any assigned work or compensation. Responses may be submitted immediately on an open and rolling basis. Successful respondents will remain on this list of qualified providers through June 30, 2026, and extended annually as determined by NERSC. Please review this RFQ document for more details.

IMPORTANT: All workshops/webinars must be education-based and refrain from featuring, highlighting, or selling a product or service provided by you or your organization. The content of your workshop/webinar should be inclusive of all states as attendees are from multiple areas.​
