We have known since the 1600s that there is no such thing as a “behavior problem”; the behaviors we observe are symptoms of an underlying cause.  This workshop examines the causes that drive particular patterns of behaviors and the solutions to each. Participants will learn how to identify and accurately define the unsolved problem that motivates the behavior to occur, examine the patterns and principles of solutions based in inclusion and social justice, as well as explore research-based approaches to behaviors we identify as challenging.

 Jeanine is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant and Specialist, Author and Master Trainer. She has 42 years experience working with children, parents, and professionals to achieve more with those at risk. As a mother of three grown children, Jeanine understands the promise within every child. She is the Owner of the Fitzgerald Institute, a project-immersion, nature-based school and author of two books. Jeanine is recognized as a nationally approved trainer in the fields of disabilities, education and mental health.
