Presented by Steven Huffine, BSN, RN, CCRN, Technical Support Engineer, Pangea Foundation
Steven serves as Client Support Engineer for the Pangea Foundation, the developers of the AASC Online and FamilyMetrics cloud case management platforms. In this role, Steven oversees the onboarding process for new clients as well as supporting existing clients in the HUD Standards for Success program. Steven’s has 5+ years of Critical Care and Operating Room experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and resides in Hendersonville, TN with his wife.
This is a 1-hour training session that will be hosted on Friday, February 25, 2022.
Session Times: 10:00am-11:00am
This session will show attendees how to use the FamilyMetrics software to track and measure a family service coordination program, as well as compile data for their HUD Standards for Success report. It will show how this is done at the resident level, and how items such as services and programs feed into the overall resident service counts for the report. It will also show property wide tools to review and QA data before it is submitted. Finally, this session will demonstrate how to submit the report when it is due in October.

Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU. We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs.

If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $45 refund.
