Managers and service coordinators will learn how to deliver resident services in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and program requirements. Course topics will include but not be limited to a detailed overview of issues concerning reasonable accommodation, defining your role as a service coordinator, discrimination and disabilities, privacy and tort liability, record keeping, reporting and confidentiality.

Note - this is a NERSC CEU.  We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds:  All webinars require payment via credit card at the time of registration.  You will receive a confirmation and receipt.  If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $35 refund.  The $5 cancellation fee is to cover event and credit card processing fees.
