This is a 2-hour training session that will be hosted on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

This webinar will explore resident-resident harassment based on protected status and what management must, should and can do about it. During this webinar we will explore what constitutes resident to resident “harassment” under the Fair Housing Act. We will also discuss good business practices for preventing and addressing resident-resident harassment.

Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU. We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds: All webinars require payment via credit card at the time of registration. You will receive a confirmation and receipt. If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $35 refund.
