Participants will get an overview of the most common behavioral health challenges that occur in older adult housing communities, along with strategies on how to manage them. Participants will also learn the ways in which chronic health conditions can impact behavioral health and vice versa.

Format: Interactive

HUD Categories:  Communication Strategies in Working with Older Adults (Required Ongoing Training Area), Identifying and Assessing Capabilities and Needs (Additional Recommended Training Area)

$35 fee, $5 off for members

1.5 CEUs, NASW-MA CEUs Available

Certificates will be issued following completion of the feedback form/session test which will be sent to you following the webinar via email. Note - this is a NERSC CEU.  We have applied for MA-NASW CEUs. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds:  All webinars require payment via credit card at the time of registration.  You will receive a confirmation and receipt.  If needed, then you can provide these to your organization for reimbursement. Attendees can cancel up until 2 days prior to the start of the webinar for a $35 refund.  The $5 cancellation fee is to cover event and credit card processing fees.
