Meghan MacDonald
NERSC Board Member
Director, Asset Manager
New Hampshire Housing
Meghan MacDonald has joined the Multifamily Housing Division as an Asset Manager. In this role, Meghan will be responsible for the administration and oversight of the Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administration, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Tax Exempt Bond, HOME, Affordable Housing Fund, and General Fund programs, as well as all other special programs administered by New Hampshire Housing.
Meghan comes to New Hampshire Housing from the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center’s Assertive Community Treatment Team where she worked with clients recently released from psychiatric hospitalization or incarceration. Her role included working with and providing services to those clients in their natural environment whether that was in a residential facility, independent home or those who were un-housed.
Meghan has a degree in Community Advocacy & Social Policy from Arizona State University, the state in which she lived before returning to New England. She currently lives in Nashua with her fiancé, her five-year-old daughter, and their corgi/terrier mix dog, Butters. When not working, she enjoys cooking, cleaning (she says it helps clear out her mental clutter!), hiking and spending time with family.
